In Nagpur, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence has acted. This operation resulted in the seizure of 211 kg of marijuana. It is estimated to have cost more than 42 lakh rupees overall. The Revenue Intelligence Directorate of Nagpur took this step on Saturday, September 16. Early on Saturday morning (September 16), a tractor was stopped at Mouda Toll near Nagpur. This tractor had a trolley attached. As a result, both the tractor and the trolley underwent thorough inspection. Then it was discovered that the trolley had a built-in cavity underneath it. 

The area was then examined as well. So, in this cavity, 100 distinct packets were discovered. It included marijuana worth Rs. 42.2 lakh. It was discovered to weigh 211 kg in total. Two passengers in this car were the subject of enforcement action. He was also detained in accordance with the NDPS Act's guidelines. The police began a new inquiry in the interim. 

A significant step has also been taken in the nation when this action is occurring in Nagpur. A drug cartel operating in the nation was made public. This is a huge accomplishment for the Revenue Intelligence Directorate. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence apprehended an individual who was a citizen of Nigeria. This citizen is allegedly the brains behind a network of drug smugglers. On June 8, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence discovered 500 grams of cocaine inside a courier terminal. During a meticulously thought-out controlled distribution operation out of Mumbai's Nalasopara neighborhood, two additional suspects were detained. 

The detained suspect was being questioned continuously. Additionally, their digital gadgets underwent a forensic analysis. He was identified as the leader of the narcotics syndicate by the authorities as a result. It was also revealed that he is based in New Delhi. This mastermind was detained and transported on remand to Mumbai. Following that, he was presented in court on Saturday, September 16. The perpetrator has been kept in DRI custody pending additional inquiry.
