With the start of the rainy season, new owners who don't have to pay taxes or abide by regulations take ownership of the city's roads.  The ones who block the way for other city residents to pass by, causing a severe traffic jam.

These owners are none other than the cows who have virtually taken over the city's highways. These types of animals are frequently observed in the streets during the rainy season, making it extremely difficult for city dwellers to travel on the streets and arrive at their destinations on time.

Gokulpeth, Dharampeth, and numerous other highways already see heavy traffic in the late hours; as a result, the traffic jam caused by these animals makes it extremely challenging for people to drive on the roads. When one sees the traffic, they can't help but think that cows own the road and that people should find another way to travel.
