₹2.31 Lakh Stolen in Night-Time Burglary at Two Hudkeshwar Bars

Nagpur, India: Two bars in Hudkeshwar, Pride Bar and Chanakya Bar, were targeted by unidentified burglars who escaped with a total of ₹2.31 lakh in cash.
According to police reports, the thefts took place during the early hours when both establishments were closed. The burglars reportedly broke into the premises and stole money kept in cash boxes. Staff discovered the break-ins when they arrived to open the bars the next morning.
Following the incident, Hudkeshwar Police registered a case and launched an investigation. CCTV footage from the bars and surrounding areas is being reviewed to identify the culprits. Police suspect that the same group may be responsible for both thefts, given the similarity in method and timing.
Local bar owners and residents have raised concerns about rising thefts in the area and have urged the police to increase night patrolling and improve surveillance.
Authorities have assured the public that efforts are underway to catch those involved and have requested anyone with information to come forward.
