A Star Point Convent school security guard was arrested for sexually abusing a youngster
According to reports, a middle-aged security guard from Star Point Convent school in the Nandanvan region was detained last week on suspicion of sexually abusing a three-and-a-half-year-old girl on school property.
Anil Chauhan has been recognized as the accused. When an investigation showed that the school's CCTV cameras could not be accessed for reference, Nandanvan Police were left perplexed. Parents in the State's Second Capital are once again concerned about security in light of this tragedy.
Police sources claim that the minor's bedwetting incident brought the issue to light. Later, when her parents confided in her, she opened out about her experience.
In response to the parents' allegation, Chauhan has been placed under custody by Nandanvan Police, who have filed a case against him under the pertinent POCSO Act 2012 Sections.
