DCP Archit Chandak and CID SP Nilesh Tambe Moved to New Postings

Nagpur, India: In a recent reshuffle of police officials, two key officers from Nagpur have been transferred to new postings. Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Archit Chandak and CID Superintendent of Police (SP) Nilesh Tambe have both been relieved of their current duties in Nagpur and reassigned to new roles in different districts.
DCP Archit Chandak, who played a significant role in maintaining law and order in Nagpur, has been transferred to Akola, where he will now serve as Superintendent of Police (SP). His tenure in Nagpur was marked by several key operations and initiatives that earned public appreciation.
Meanwhile, CID SP Nilesh Tambe, known for his work in investigative operations and criminal intelligence, has been transferred to Buldhana, where he too will take charge as SP. His time in Nagpur CID was noted for his efficient handling of sensitive cases.
These transfers are part of a routine administrative exercise by the Home Department aimed at strengthening policing in various regions of Maharashtra. The replacements for both officers in Nagpur are expected to be announced shortly.
Both officers leave behind a commendable legacy and are expected to bring the same dedication and leadership to their new assignments.
