Dismissed Teacher Assaults Former Employer's Wife

On a Friday afternoon in New Nandanvan, a 40-year-old teacher, who had been terminated from a school in Bhandara in 2019, forcefully entered the residence of the organization's president. The women attacked the president's wife, but their plan went wrong when the woman's sister unexpectedly arrived and raised the alarm.

The ex-teacher was apprehended by the public, resulting in him receiving a harsh lesson and sustaining a fracture. The accused, identified as Nitin Yekar, a resident of Yavatmal, forcibly entered the Nandanwan residence of Anand Jibhkate, president of the Gandhi Vidyalaya Education Society, which oversees the Gandhi Vidyalaya in Bhandara. Yekar seized Jibhkate's wife, Sanjivini (62), and assaulted her with an iron rod found nearby. He bound the frightened housewife's limbs and used adhesive tape to seal her mouth, preventing her from screaming.

Following an inquiry into some incident, the teacher's dismissal from the school in 2019 fueled his resentment against the Society's president. Despite approaching the court in the matter, his petition was ultimately rejected.

During the incident, the housewife was alone at home. Upon the arrival of the woman's sister, who discovered her sister being held captive, an alarm was raised, alerting neighbours. Locals intervened, apprehending the former teacher and subjecting him to physical retribution. They successfully rescued the captive woman and promptly informed the police.
