Domestic Disagreement Leads to Death of a Women
On Thursday evening in Sneh Nagar, Mankapur police station, a 25-year-old woman lost her life in a violent dispute with her husband. The victim has been identified as Bistobai Maskule, while her husband is Chandrayal Maskule.
According to police, Chandrayal and Bistobai had been married for a few years and are parents too. Chandrayal worked in the construction industry as a shuttering specialist, while Bistobai dedicated her time as a Housewife. However, on that Thursday, tensions arose between the couple while Bistobai was preparing dinner.
In a moment of intense anger, Chandrayal held a kitchen knife and stabbed Bistobai in the neck. Severely injured, Bistobai managed to escape the house however, she collapsed on the ground due to the uncontrolled bleeding. Neighbours were left in shock after they spotted her.
Bistobai was quickly transported to a private hospital, with her husband accompanying her. Tragically, despite medical efforts, Bistobai could not be saved, and she was pronounced dead at the hospital. Zonal DCP Rahul Madane visited the crime scene, and the police promptly took Chandrayal into custody, charging him with murder.
