IMD Forecasts Gusty Winds and Rainfall in Nagpur Starting July 4

After providing a much-needed respite from the scorching summer heat with the arrival of monsoon in late June, the citizens of Nagpur are once again experiencing a rise in day temperatures. The prevailing humid atmosphere has left the residents feeling uneasy.

The local weather department has issued a forecast for thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds after July 4. The city has recorded rainfall of 152.3 mm, slightly below the average of 190.6 mm for the month. As a result, the citizens are eagerly awaiting the arrival of more substantial rains.

According to the weather department, a cyclonic circulation has formed in the Bay of Bengal and Andaman, which will take approximately 48 hours for rain-bearing clouds to reach Central India. Based on this analysis, the department predicts the onset of rain in Nagpur after July 4.
