In the Kanhan River in Waki, four teenagers, including a female, drowned

Four teenagers, one of which was a girl, perished while bathing in the Kanhan river. This event happened on Thursday in the area of the Khapa police station known as Waki. Vijay Thakre (Nara), Ankush Baghel (Kamptee), Arpeet Pahale (Kamptee), and Sonia Mharaskolhe (Nara) have been named as the deceased.
According to the information we have, six young people—three boys and three girls—from Nagpur and Kamptee arrived at Waki this morning for a picnic. Everyone walked down to the Kanhan River to have a bath. Three teenagers and a girl perished in the water as a result of their inability to gauge the depth of the water. Due to their refusal to enter the water, the other two girls survived.
The Khapa and Saoner police received information about the incident right away. Once they arrived, the police began looking for the bodies with the assistance of the locals.
