International Yoga Day celebrated at Mouda, instructed by a Patanjali yoga instructor

On Wednesday, mouda held a celebration of the International Day of Yoga at the Utkarsh Nagar Township Premises. The occasion was opened by HOP Mouda, Shri A K Manohar. A Patanjali Yoga instructor gave a variety of yoga asanas and postures demonstrations during the festivities. Participants learned the importance of include yoga in their everyday lives, emphasising its benefits for disease prevention and its promotion of a healthy lifestyle. To improve employees' general awareness of yoga, a competition was held online.
A street drama called a Nukkad Natak was staged with the topic of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam," which corresponds with this year's Yoga Day celebrations, in order to educate locals about the value of yoga. A yoga class was successfully led by bhavans NTPC Vidya Mandir students with the help of over 400 kids. A Nukkad Natak was performed to engage the students in an entertaining and educational way, and HOP Mouda encouraged them to adopt yoga as a lifestyle choice.
In order to encourage physical health and agility, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) also organised a yoga exercise session for its employees. Employees and their families, union and association leaders, as well as Shri Subhashish Guha, General Manager (O&M), Shri BSV Bhaskar, General Manager (TS), and Shri S R Sahoo, Head of HR, DC CISF, attended the event.
