Daga Smriti Government Women's Hospital suffers a power outrage of more than 3 hours

Due to a technical issue, Daga Smriti Government Women's Hospital lost power on Sunday between 8:15 and 10:40 p.m. The patients' lives were hanging in the balance as all of the wards remained in complete darkness. The treatment allegedly stopped around this time, according to the relatives. The Daga government claimed that the patients have received the proper care.

In Central Nagpur, Daga Hospital is renowned for being a significant government hospital for obstetrics and gynaecology. In this hospital, most deliveries take occurred in the Nagpur district. To keep the patients from being bothered, a generator is anticipated here. However, the power supply here was cut off for technical reasons at roughly 8:15 p.m.

All the wards were in complete darkness because there was no electricity. The treatment allegedly ended as a result, according to the families. For their safety, some patients were relocated. The Daga administration insisted that the patient did not need to be moved and that the course of therapy had not been interrupted.

Through mobile phone torches, some relatives were energising the sick and their loved ones. Due to the heat, several of the ward's patients congregated in the hospital area. Due to the 'warmer' necessary for the underweight children's lack of power, blankets were utilised to provide them the warmth they needed.
