Surprising Sight: 26 Snakes Found in Bhilgaon Kamptee Home!

Kamptee, Nagpur - Residents of Bhilgaon Kamptee were left wide-eyed when they discovered not just one or two, but a whopping 26 snakes in a single house! The unexpected encounter happened at Bisan Gondane's place, causing quite a stir in the neighborhood.

When Gondane's family spotted two snakes inside their home, panic set in. Quick to act, they reached out to Sarpamitra Sagar Chaudhary from the Wildlife Welfare Society for help. With the support of fellow snake enthusiasts, they sprang into action.

As they cleared out some clutter, they stumbled upon even more baby snakes. Thankfully, experts confirmed they were harmless. It took some effort, but they managed to safely capture all 26 snakes, easing the fears of the family and the gathered crowd.

After their capture, the snakes were released back into the wild where they belong. It's believed that recent rain might have driven them out of their usual habitats, seeking shelter in homes like Gondane's. This serves as a reminder for all of us to stay alert and respectful of our wildlife neighbors.
